Julep Reference Sheet

I initially created the torpaka species by accident while working on a contest entry and had to design one for myself, so here is Julep!

Name: Julep
Gender: Male
Species: Torpaka
Habitat: Deep northern forests and caves. He's nocturnal and uses his whiskers as feelers. The whiskers have light sensitive tips which can come in handy for finding the way out of caves as can his superb sense of smell; he has four nostrils.
Facts:
-Julep loves mushrooms. Really really loves.
-Cold weather is his favorite.
-His legs can stretch from long to short as he desires.
-He has a single eyeball on the end of his prehensile tongue. It has a thick lid to protect it while eating. His tongue tends to drip slime.
-His ruff is fuller during the winter season.
-Torpaka only lay one large egg at a time, from which baby torkapa hatch.
-Newborn torpaka are clumsy but use their whiskers to navigate; their eyes do not open until a few weeks after hatching.
